Villa Buitenlust is run by a non-profit organisation that offers overnight and respite care to people in need. By throwing a party there and paying rent, we are directly funding a good cause!

Public Transportation

The city offers excellent public transportation. Nowadays, your (DEBIT) bank card (or Apple/Google Pay) can be used to pay for your trip. Don’t forget to check in and out – forgetting this may cost you!

The location is close to Westerpark in Amsterdam & is well-connected with public transport. You have 2 main options:

Tram 12
Bus 42

Cars

Because we need all of the available parking space at the Villa for other arrangements, it is unfortunately not possible to park a car on site. Try parking at Contactweg 36, you can park here for free in the weekend.

Bikes

The best way to explore and get around town is, of course, by bike! Check google maps for bike rental shops near you, or get in touch with us for tips in your area.

Dresscode

We want everyone to feel comfortable. Celebrate your own style and put on the clothes that you would wear to any other party or festival.

💍 Sooo it’s not a wedding – what is it?

It’s a celebration of love! It’s a party that is meant to bring people together. We want you to experience a day of adventure, feel comfortable, and dance, laugh, cry, & share this special weekend with us!

For the record: we got a registered partnership – on Tuesday, August 8th. We are not officially getting married during the LOVE weekender and will not have a ceremony.

💪 Do you need help?

By now, we’re getting all the help that we need. The only thing we still may need some extra hands for is the cleanup on Sunday, but we trust that this will no issue either 🙂
